About my journey

My name is Kiyan and I've been lifting for around 3-4 years. When I started my fitness journey I was very skinny and insecure about my weight and I wanted to make a change. I've always loved sport and have been playing football my whole life recently finishing my level 3 sport and coaching BTEC course at Bromley football academy. I found it really hard to build muscle however through dedication and hard work, I transformed my body. Over time, I learned the importance of consistency, training optimally, and nutrition. I'm very passionate about helping others achieve their own fitness goals and grow stronger. and as a fitness coach I believe I will be able to fulfill that. My mission is to inspire and guide people through their fitness journeys, showing them that with the right mindset, anything is possible.I havent always had the money to go gym and started with nothing and you can now.

What I can do for you

I will teach you what I have learned throughout the years in a fun and exciting way. We will work together to reach your goals and build that dream physique and that amazing boost in strength all at a very low cost ! if you are struggling without equipment like I did I still go you ! give you a plan I will give you all the information on what I done to build muscle and bulk whilst staying lean and toned and not looking fat! I will get you your dream physique ASAP. All at a very low cost.
The workout plan will include the split I used, personalised videos for form(contact me for what you are struggling with) , what I done when I had no equipment and finally foods I ate that helped me bulk up. sound good ?
